Hey Hackers!
I hope everyone is going well!

I just thought I would share my experience as a developer that converted to a blockchain developer about 18 months ago.
This is my first project as an indie dev destars.org.

I have been in blockchain for around 18 months (15 years as a dev) now but I never really launched much for myself.

With the recent uptake of NFTs, which is a space I love and I where can see so much potential.

One evening I was scratching my head looking for an idea I could launch as an NFT or a service where others could profit.

Whilst in my garden one evening gazing at the night sky. It just came to me.

“Naming stars on the blockchain would make a real unique NFT” .

As there is no official way of registering a star name, I believe the solution is registering in a Decentralized blockchain with an NFT. Giving the power back to the people who own them. This will keep your registration unique, rare, and eternal.

So, I got to work on https://destars.org/

After 3 weeks of sleepless nights, I finally launched 3 days ago and had a great response.

Over 20 stars have been registered, loads of great fans and followers on social networks. 3 have been paid for and the others are part of the free package.

We even had a star named after a celebrity who was resold on a well-known exchange.

If you are interested in crypto, NFT I will happily keep updating this post with my progress.
